Welcome to the 3rd edition of the Biotechnology Innovation Forum: Think Big in Biotechnology, under the theme “Fostering SMART Innovation Synergies”, where we will announce the winners of the Amyris Innovation BIG Impact Award, an Innovation Contest in Biotechnology.
Promoted by the Alumni of the Faculty of Biotechnology of Católica in Porto, this forum brings together recognized and relevant experts in bioengineering with students and young professionals who are now entering the multidisciplinary themes that characterize the sector.
This year, the event highlights the need for collaboration and innovation in multiple areas of Biotechnology in order to face the many challenges that lie ahead in a soon to be post-pandemic world, merging Biotechnology with Economy, Ethics, Law, Arts and Communication.
